Return Policy
At Got’Em, we offer *FREE SHIPPING & FREE RETURNS on orders of $75 or more. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return on most items for a refund within 30 days (PLEASE NOTE: items with security tags must be returned within 3 days) of the delivery date. And if your item(s) is eligible, we’ll also issue you a FREE return label. PLEASE NOTE: We will NOT accept items if security tag is removed or tampered with in any way.
GUIDELINES
1. Returned items must be in new condition.
Got’Em will not accept returns if there is evidence that your purchase has been worn outdoors. Please try on Got’Em on a carpeted surface to ensure fit. We will gladly provide a refund if you are not satisfied.
2. The original shoebox/packaging and all accessories must be returned with your purchase. If item includes security tag, it must not be cut or tampered with in any way to be eligible for return.
Please pack Got’Em, shoebox, and all accessories inside original shipping box. Returns without the original shoebox, using the shoebox as a shipping box, or missing accessories will not be accepted.
3. You must have a return authorization number for ALL returns.
Call Customer Service at 1-866-339-7463 during our normal business hours for a return authorization code, and to receive a FREE return label (if your item(s) is eligible for free return). Return authorization codes can not be provided by email.
4. Defective products will be accepted for exchange only.
Call Customer Service for a defective item return authorization code. Got’Em will only exchange defective products within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, the damage will be considered normal wear and tear.
RETURNS FOR REFUNDS
To return products for a refund, please call 1-866-339-7463 for a return authorization code and complete the provided return form. If you do not have a return form, click here.
Return Shipping Charges: If the item(s) purchased is not eligible for *FREE SHIPPING & FREE RETURNS, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. If you believe an error was made in your order, please contact Customer Service.
Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise. Please allow as much as two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. We recommend using an insured parcel service (i.e. UPS or USPS) for all returns.
*Free shipping only applies to orders shipped to a valid address in the contiguous United States. The *”FREE SHIPPING & FREE RETURNS” offer is not available for shipments to APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes OR International destinations.
